As the Managing Agent for Hickory Waterview Estates Homeowner’s Association Inc., we want to inform you that commencing on Tuesday October 3rd, 2023, your community will be hosting a National Night Out event from 6-8pm. This will be in the Cul de Sac of your community. There will be a taco station catered by Taquizas Los Borrados, cornhole tournaments and a bounce house for the kids. Please bring a dessert to share and BYOB/BYOC. Additionally, there will be the Hickory Creek Police Department and Lake Cities Fire Department who will be stopping by.

As the Managing Agent for Hickory Waterview Estates Homeowner’s Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect three (3) new members to the Board of Directors. Enclosed in this packet you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy with Consent in Lieu of Meeting, Ballot and Candidate Forms. You may email, mail, or fax in your Ballot or Proxy. The election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important that you complete and return the proxy, if you are not able to attend the meeting.

You may now cast your Ballot online. A Ballot cast electronically shall also count for quorum. If your vote online, please do not return a ballot or proxy and do not assign your proxy to another owner as it will not be counted. Please note, write-ins and floor nominations are not allowed for elections held virtually and/or ballots cast online. If you do not vote online, it is important that your Ballot or Proxy be returned no later than 12:00pm on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, for it to be counted.

There are four (4) ways you can vote:

1. On your Association’s Website at www.hickorywaterviewestateshoa.com

We are pleased to announce that the Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, March 21, 2019. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.

Enclosed in this packet you will find the agenda and a proxy. Even if you plan on attending it is important that you return your proxy as unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing you from being able to attend. The Annual Meeting cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If a meeting must be reconvened for a later date, additional costs to the Association are incurred.
